Welcome to 7 Hayes Court, featured house on HGTV’s “Beachfront Bargain Hunt”!

 

Hayes Court is a quiet oasis in the middle of everything. Because it's a private "gated" street allowing only pedestrian traffic, it is a rare enclosed safe haven for families. The beach side of Hayes is right on the boardwalk, and with the houses all being built right in the sand its like living right on the beach!  Access to the beach proper is right at the end of Hayes, so no long walks to get on like you have with most other streets.

 

7 Hayes is four houses from the boardwalk and beach. A ten-minute stroll to the right on the boardwalk is Jenkinson's with all the action and amusements. A three-minute stroll to the left on the boardwalk is an outdoor beachside restaurant/bar with live music and other shops. There are any great restaurants within walking distance.  

 

Two rooms have Queen-sized beds and a third bedroom sleeps 3, having a bunk bed with a third twin bed trundled below. Additionally, the living room also has a full-sized futon. All beds come with new pillows, quilts, and dust covers. Guests supply their own mattress covers, linens, pillowcases, and towels.

 

The interior is open, airy, serene, clean and new. It has central air conditioning, a cool breakfast bar, and a "hot water on demand" system that allows multiple people to shower in a row without fear of running out of hot water.

 

Kitchen has Stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, frying pan and pots, dishes, cups, glassware, and cooking and grill utensils, and flatware.

 


Out front is the "Sand Patio" with a table, chairs & umbrella for outdoor meals, cocktails, or to just enjoy the evening hours.  There is an outside shower, and a Weber grill hooked into a natural gas line, so you never need to change propane tanks in the middle of cooking a meal.

 

Rental comes with one designated parking space close to Hayes Court. 4 BEACH BADGES
